Where is my order?
Thank you for your Plumbcask order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, carrier, and a direct link to track your package.
Please allow up to 5–6 business days from your order date before your shipment is dispatched. Custom and bulk orders may require additional lead time — we will keep you informed.
Check your order status
You can view your live order status — including your tracking link — at any time by clicking the "View your order" button in any order confirmation or shipping email from us.
Your order status page will show:
- Current fulfillment status
- Carrier name and tracking number
- A direct link to the carrier's tracking page
